Dear Member,

In an effort to reduce the Foundation’s expenses we have sought to cut staff while providing the same outstanding service you have come to expect. As a result, the property tax appeal staff is being moved off of the “books” and is now a stand-alone enterprise serving as consultants to the Foundation and its members. The staff of this new firm includes some of the same appraisers that worked directly for the Foundation.

Stan Anderson and Dan Jones, with a combined 40+ years of real estate valuation experience, are principles of this new entity. We will continue to work closely with them and they will continue to support the Foundation and its members. The only significant change in process is that when you order an appeal you will go to the new tax appeal website: Our website,, will also have a link to the property tax appeal website.

We hope that you will continue to support the Foundation and that you will work with Stan and Dan as they and the Foundation are beneficiaries of this new arrangement. Let the property tax savings continue!

If you have already filed an appeal for Tax Year 2012, please notify Stan or Dan immediately so that they can notify Fulton County and arrange so that your appeals can be heard in a more timely manner than in the past.  We want to get our 2012 appeals moved to the front of the line and resolved much faster than 2011’s appeals.  We need your help to accomplish this.  Please contact us immediately so that we can have your 2012 appeals resolved as quickly as possible this year!
